Loilette has 22 years of technical experience that includes more than 10 years in Information Security for the Federal Government, Department of Defense, and commercial entities. She has received numerous performance awards and recognition from customers and ranking officers which include two “Above and Beyond” Awards for her excellent work (company award given based on customer kudos). She is currently working as a Lead Web Application Penetration Tester with NetCentrics supporting the Coast Guard Cyber Command. She’s a dedicated visionary whose pursuit for perfection has led to innovative solutions, substantial cost savings, and increased security postures for the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) – U.S. Coast Guard and Department of Homeland Security.
She is a member of the Professional Organization IISP, Northern Virginia Chapter of Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) and Women in Technology (WIT). She has a BSC in Business Information Systems and MSC in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University.
Loilette authored articles pertaining to CyberSecurity and was featured in several as well. She is involved in the Bowie State University Masters of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) and T.C.Williams High School Science Technology Engineer and Mathematics (STEM) mentorship program. Currently helping several other women from NetCentrics join WIT and together they are starting their own WIT group within NetCentrics as a mentorship program and forum.
Loilette is a recent honoree of SANS Most Dedicated and Innovative “People Who Made a Difference in Security in 2015”.
